Terms and Conditions of Entry

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY TO THE FOLLOWING EVENTS:

INTO THE VALLEY. FARMYARD PARTY. YORKSHIRE PUDDING RALLY. 
  

  1. You must be in possession of a ticket or paying cash (where allowed) on the gate to be permitted entry. 
  2. Entry is permitted to persons arriving on a motorcycle or trike.
  3. For anyone travelling in a car or camper van/ motorhome extra permits are required. For details visit https://mapevents.co.uk/#vehicle_pass or call 0800 988 3199.
  4. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission.
  5. Tickets are non-refundable except for where the cancellation terms below apply.
  6. Admission is at ticket holder’s own risk. Magic Action Promotions Ltd will not be held liable for any personal injuries, loss or damages to personal possessions or vehicles sustained at its events.
  7. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over 18 years of age. 
  8. In the event of cancellation prior to the event commencing the organiser will refund the ticket at face value within 60 days of them being returned to the point of purchase. Refunds (or ticket transfers if offered) will be accepted up to and including the original day the event is due to commence. 
  9. Where the commencement date of the event is within 14 days of the cancellation notice then tickets will be refundable for a period of 21 days from this cancellation notice. Any administration fee, booking fee or postage costs will not be refunded.
  10. If an event is postponed, any tickets purchased bearing the original dates will be valid for the revised dates.
  11. In the event of cancellation during the event, if the cancellation is after 12:00hrs on the Saturday no refunds will be given, if it is between the gates opening and 11:59hrs on the Saturday then a pro-rata refund may be offered at the discretion of the organisers. Any administration fee, booking fee or postage costs will not be refunded.
  12. Persons suspected of carrying illegal or offensive items may be searched at any time while on the site. Any items, which the organisers consider could be used in an illegal or offensive manner, will be confiscated and the owner removed from the site.
  13. No unregistered/uninsured vehicles are to be used on the rally site e.g. mini-motos/quads/ non-road legal motorcycles of any sort.
  14. Persons carrying out illegal or offensive activities will be removed from the site.
  15. No flares, fireworks or fires will be allowed on site unless permission from the organiser is granted in writing. 
  16. Any person entering our event(s) gives consent to the filming, sound recording and photography of themselves as individuals or as part of the audience. Any such material(s) may be used in promotional materials for our events either in print, digitally and online. 
  17. Artist line up and billed attractions are subject to change.
  18. No unauthorised sound or video recording will be allowed on site.
  19. All parking at this event is entirely at owner’s risk.
  20. No buses or caravans allowed; this includes disabled motorcyclist’s vehicles.  
  21. The car parks operate a stay put policy, which means that no vehicle movement will be permitted once parked, provisionally vehicles will be able to leave at 10am Sunday but is subject to change dependent on prevailing weather conditions and then, only when advised it is safe to do so.
  22. No four wheeled vehicles will be allowed on the camping fields until after 1pm or the Event manager approves an earlier time.
  23. Strictly no trading allowed on site without the organisers consent.
  24. Food and alcohol for personal consumption only may be brought on to the site. 
  25. Any quantities of alcohol being brought onto site by any vehicle or person deemed to be excessive will be confiscated and returned to the owner when they leave site after the event.
  26. No glass whatsoever to be brought by customers on site.
  27. No illegal substances to be brought on site.
  28. All persons on the site may be exposed to loud noise/music.
  29. Dog owners must keep all dogs on a lead and clean up any mess immediately. Allowing dogs to run free at any time on site during the event is prohibited. 
  30. No colours to be worn on site.
